Our junior athlete program is designed to help junior high school athletes level up. With expert programs focused on gaining strength, athleticism, and proper nutrition, athletes will get bigger, faster, and stronger.

We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30. Workouts last approximately an hour.

Athletes don’t just get access to a gym, you get coaching from a professional trainer. They are there to help with proper technique and help you achieve your goals!

Fun Group Environment

Working out on your own is hard! With other athletes, you’ll be pushed to your limit and get as strong as you can possibly be.
